CapitalInvest announces the successful closing of the transaction in which ASSECO SOUTH EASTERN EUROPE (“ASEE”) acquired 100% of the share capital of PROFESSIONAL BANK SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE – PROBASS SA (“Probass”).
ASEE is part of Asseco Group of Poland, a regional leader in IT services. Probass is a Romanian company which delivers IT solutions for the finance industry.
CapitalInvest acted as adviser for the Transaction.
