CapitalInvest announces the successful closing of the transaction in which VRSI (www.vrsi.veolia.ro) acquired 77.5% of the shares of General MEEL Electric (GME).
GME (www.general-meel.ro) is a Romanian private established in 1993. The company build electrical installations and is one of the few that cover the entire spectrum between 0.4 – 110 kV
VRSI offers water supply and sewage services in several localities in the metropolitan area of Bucharest (Otopeni, Popești-Leordeni, Chiajna, Chitila), production, distribution and supply of centralized thermal energy in Otopeni and water supply services in Joița (Giurgiu County).
