CapitalInvest announces the successful closing of the transaction in which Crys Computers Bucharest (www.incrys.com) has acquired 100% of the shares of USource Technology Cluj.
USource (www.usource.ro) is a company that produces software-on-demand mostly for US market. USource was established in 2015 by two Cluj-based entrepreneurs and currently has approximately 50 employees with a turnover in excess of RON 10mn.
Crys Computers is a entrepreneurial company established more than 20 years ago in Bucharest. It offers, among others, solution developments services, managed services and cloud services. The company has approximately 200 employees with a turnover of approximately RON 43 mn.
CapitalInvest was the advisor to the Buyers.
